Champs Elysees Cocktail

1 oz. Brandy

1/2 oz. Yellow Chartreuse

1 dash Bitters

1/4 juice of Lemon

1/2 tsp. Powdered Sugar

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
